Slots Attendant / Host (Part Time)

The chosen candidate main responsibilities would be to maintain good guest relations within the slot area .Provide guests with information regarding all the entertainment opportunities within the casino and on slot machines.  He / She would be also responsible for monitoring assigned slot area ensuring all slot machines are secured and in good working condition.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in either English or Italian and should have a passion for providing customers with an exceptional experience. Good communication skills coupled with a good presentation and pleasant manner are essential for this position. He / She must be willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
Chosen candidates would be offered the necessary training in order to perform respective job effectively throughout their employment.

Slots Supervisor (Full Time)

The chosen candidate will help run the Slots floor to the highest standards of efficiency , customer service and security. He / She will be responsible to actively promote the department with regular contact and communication with customers and also answer promptly any calls for assistance from customers and assist them in any way possible. He / She will administer coaching and provide staff development and also be responsible for all equipment issued by the Casino for use in the work place. He / She needs to ensure that all machines are always in a presentable and safe condition to customers at all times.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in either English or Italian and should  have the ability to be a team leader. Good communication skills coupled with a good presentation and pleasant manner are essential for this position. He / She must be willing to work on shift basis.
Chosen candidates would be offered the necessary training in order to perform respective job effectively throughout their employment.

Slots Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Slots Operations Manager. The selected person would be responsible for the overall administration of all operations and functions related to Slots Machine within Casino di Venezia, in alignment with the Mission and Objectives of the Company.

The main duties and responsibilities of would include:
•    Assures the smooth and effective operation of all slot operations and implement machine compliance with approved company policy and rules and regulations of the Gaming Authority.
•    Formulates and administers department policies and activities, and develops both short- and long- term goals and objectives for the department
•    Performs analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department and organizational progress toward stated goals and objectives. Manages departmental costs to meet budget.
•    Develops and implements an effective strategy for growth and efficiency of operations in the Slots department.
•    Responsible for overseeing player development and retention by promoting positive customer relation, conducting follow-up contacts, effectively handling customer disputes and requests, and continual training of subordinates.

The selected candidate will be hard working and smart individual with excellent communication skills both in English and Italian.  He/She must be a self-motivated team player, who is flexible, confident and has the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws would be considered an asset. The selected candidate would ideally hold previous experience in a similar environment, and in possession of a management related qualification.

An above average remuneration package will be offered to the right applicant.

Food and Beverage Server

The ideal candidate needs to be able to offer an outstanding service and not mind going the extra mile to reach a client’s expectation.

The potential candidates must have a pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, together with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude at all times. He/She need to be able to provide an excellent service to our clientele during their dining experience.

The above position calls for individuals who have a minimum of ‘O’ Level standard of education and must have a valid Food Handling Document. Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience and must be fluent both in Maltese and English and preferable have good knowledge of Italian.
